2.1 GFWV provides personalized online/offline fitness, training, and nutrition coaching.
2.2 Gym attendance is optional, as home workout plans are provided.
2.3 Gym access may become essential for advanced progress stages.
2.4 Diet and training plans are reviewed and updated based on progress.
2.5 Plans are guided by certified fitness coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists.
3.1 After enrollment, a GFWV team member will contact you via call or WhatsApp.
3.2 You agree to provide honest and accurate personal and medical information.
3.3 Results may vary; no guaranteed outcomes are promised.
4.1 All fees must be paid in full upon enrollment.
4.2 Program duration is fixed and starts from the plan delivery date.
4.3 NO REFUNDS POLICY: All payments are non-refundable.
4.4 Program duration cannot be paused or frozen.
5.1 Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
5.2 Participation is at the user’s discretion.
5.3 Users with health conditions must seek medical consultation.
5.4 You remain responsible for managing your health.
5.5 Stop the program immediately if discomfort occurs.
Diet plans are designed to suit various lifestyles without excessive restriction.
